Former executive chef to Pierre Gagnaire at Les Airelles in Courchevel, Bessem Ben Abdallah has decided to take a new turn in his career.
More passionate than ever, this chef who has worked at the Lana Hotel in Courchevel and the Spondi in Athens has decided to move to the South of France and open his own restaurant. A member of the Collège Culinaire de France, his aim is to offer gastronomic cuisine that is ”market-driven and seasonal, simple and effectiveʼʼ.
