Previously executive chef for Pierre Gagnaire at the Airelles in Courchevel, Bessem Ben Abdallah decided to take a new step in his career.

More than ever passionated by his job, this chef who also worked at the Lana Hotel in Courchevel and at the Spondi in Athens decided to move to the south of France and to open his own restaurant. As a member of the “Collège Culinaire de France”, he wishes to propose a simple and efficient gastronomic cuisine, made of “seasonal products from the market.”
