Former executive chef of Pierre Gagnaire at Les Airelles in Courchevel, Bessem Ben Abdallah has chosen to embark on a new chapter in his career.
More passionate than ever, this chef, who previously worked at the Hôtel Le Lana in Courchevel and Spondi in Athens, has decided to settle in the South of France and open his own restaurant. A member of the Collège Culinaire de France, he intends to offer a simple yet effective gastronomic cuisine based on seasonal, market-driven ingredients.

Ancien chef exécutif de Pierre Gagnaire aux Airelles à Courchevel, Bessem Ben Abdallah, a choisi dʼopérer un nouveau tournant dans sa carrière.
Plus que jamais passionné, ce chef de cuisine qui a exercé à lʼHôtel Le Lana de Courchevel et au Spondi à Athènes décide de s’installer dans le Sud de la France. Membre du collège culinaire de France, il entend proposer une cuisine gastronomique ‘‘du marché et de saison, simple et efficaceʼʼ.
